Reiki Practitioner & Teacher
REIKI is a form of Hands on Natural Healing using energy which is channeled through the Practitioner. Reiki promotes the patients' natural healing process to restore physical and emotional well being.
I have been a Reiki Master for over 21 years, allowing me to pass this amazing healing process on. Both Reiki 1st and 2nd Degree are taught over a 2 day period. Certificates and manuals are given for both. Reiki Masters can only be taken after the 1st and 2nd Degree are completed. Masters is taught over 4 days and includes teaching, producing manuals and of course, the attunement process to enable you to pass this gift onto others. Certificate and manual are given upon completion.

Reflexology
The body is reflected on the feet through a system of reflexes and the objective of the reflexologist is to stimulate these reflexes to assist the body's natural ability to heal. Reflexology revitalises energy and rebalances the whole system. I have been a qualified Reflexologist for over 20 years, accredited with the British School of Reflexology. Prices start from £40 for a treatment.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system. The massage stimulates the circulation of the scalp which nourishes the hair roots, can help release tension headaches and promote a state of total relaxation. I have been practicing Indian Head Massage for over 20 years.

Qijong for Mind & Body Balance
QiGong is a form of energy work comprising of movement, meditation and focus, the moves are all done in a very slow controlled and relaxed state allowing you to feel the flow of life force energy in your body. It promotes health, relaxation and longevity teaching you to go with the flow of life.
